Everyday muddy vegetables are sent from Yamanashi, because they are strikingly fresh their sweetness, bitterness and grass like smell becomes their daintiness. Variety of meat and fish are also very fresh and well selected from producers and all fresh from the farm and the port no frozen meat or fish. Well balanced delicate tastes are brought by selecting only the ones that are grown healthy in a good environment and changing the recipe seasonally.
Under the concept of "Minimalism" where "1+1 only equals to 2", chez tomo cuisine has attracted many fans with its traditional and yet innovative tastes.
